Starting at East Fort car park, Blackburn Ravine is easy to walk for the most part. You will find incredible views of Hout Bay. The fynbos are usually in bloom. The top of Blackburn Gorge is a good spot for a bite to eat. For those who want to trek farther, you can head to the top through the cliffs of the silver mine, past the reservoir, and into the mine. 

 Along Chapmans Peak Drive there are numerous places to stop and picnic.

Spend the day on Hout Bay Beach. This beautiful white sand beach stretches for a kilometer. The bay is calm and perfect for swimming. With stunning views of Chapman’s Peak on one side and Sentinel Peak on the other.  A great way to relax and have fun.

Llandudno Beach is located just outside Hout Bay. It is a stunning beach stretch along the Atlantic coast. The ocean is great for swimming with people and canine friends. You can stroll along the coast to Sandy Bay, a secluded nude beach.
