Blackwood Spirits Cape Kelp Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
1 part of Blackwood Spirits Cape Kelp Gin
4 parts good tonic water (we recommend Fitch and Leedes)
Garnish: brined olive and a sprig of rosemary
Method:
Place ice into gin glass
Add gin
Pour in tonic
Garnish with a brined olive or two and some rosemary and enjoy!
