Blackwood Spirits Cape Kelp Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
- 1 part of Blackwood Spirits Cape Kelp Gin
- 4 parts good tonic water (we recommend Fitch and Leedes)
- Garnish: brined olive and a sprig of rosemary
Method:
- Place ice into gin glass
- Add gin
- Pour in tonic
- Garnish with a brined olive or two and some rosemary and enjoy!
