Phantom Acres is situated on the western slopes of Table Mountain in the amphitheatre formed by Table Mountain, the Twelve Apostles and the Constantiaberg. Facing North it is constantly bathed in sunshine. Phantom Acres derives its name from the panoramic view uninterrupted up to where the mountains reach the sky. Phantom Acres eastern boundary is alongside the Orangekloof Nature Reserve creating the feel of uninhabited Africa yet being close to the village of Hout Bay and the city of Cape Town with her vast selection of attractions. There is a large swimming pool for the use of all guests resident at Phantom Acres.
