The Deli and Biltong Shack are a small deli, specialising in venison and pasture reared beef biltong, made by us in our kitchen with spices we blend ourselves. We carry a select range of organic and natural products, including goats cheese, eggs, dried fruit, nuts and our house brand of pickles and spice blends. Our focus is to provide good, natural, healthy and ‘as local as possible’ quality products.
